If you are serious about business networking on the web, why wouldn't you include a photo of yourself along with your business profile?

I am experiencing more and more requests from individuals who want to connect with me through a variety of the networks that I belong to like LinkedIn, Plaxo, Twitter, World Webinar Network, etc - and many of them don't have a photo of themselves and their business profiles are vague or non-existent.
