What a treat it was to work with you guys! Easily the most professional, business-oriented group in social media I've ever come across and I know we'll get better.

The promise to put actionable items to work for WWN members has not been seen in the Valley before and WWN is fast becoming a leader with an expert team dedicated to supporting social media in business.

Topics? Steve Heideman made a reference to 'T2S', an idea he and I discussed about WWN content being based around 'Technology, Tactics and the Strategy' of social media. If we can develop content in those areas, the WWN can flourish.

Get ready to ride this rocket!

Two pages of notes!

That is what I took away. As a sales force development consultant, I have obviously been watching social media for some time. The roots of AzSalesPros comes in fact from what was then, the best social medai tools of the time for the Arizona Internet Professionals Associaiton which lived on Yahoo Groups. Now, updated with all the latest tools, a semblance of the anecdotal ROI for use, and a whole lotta new and very cool friends, I can see where social media is the bleeding edge of prospect development in the world of new business.

I am glad you all put this together, glad you provided the information and look forward to other or similar events. If the measurement of success was 90% to Big Old Hairy A## Goal on assembilng this in such short order, then the ongoing measurement will be the attraction of new folks to orbit the WWN.

I am looking forward to watching the growth and development of these efforts. Rock on!

Ok, gotta Jott now.

Yo Michael,
Did you mean "Bleeding Edge" or "Leading Edge"??

Reply to This

Heck no, leading edge is for the 75% adrenaline rush. Bleeding edge goes all the way. I had previously asked a question on Linked In about social media and how to keep up with what makes the most sense for business. It came up again last night. (how many hours a day do you spend on that stuff???) What we saw at the program, were answers to those questions while still staying on the forefront.

By the way, I signed my first Sales Development contract this week where participation in Social Media on behalf of that company was one of the contract performance requirements. I had never seen it before but I have no doubt, smarter companies are going to embed it a lot more often. (And by the way, those that don't I am going to recommend, as their consultant, start doing so.)

Warmest regards,

Excellent Presentation. I learned a lot. I am still a little overwelmed and have to sort it out. Thanks for the invite.

One of the best seminars I've ever attended, and I've been to a few! I was 52 years old before I ever turned one of those damn things on! ( I had Minions who ran those for me). I don't understand everything I know about Social Networking at this point, but I'm smart enough to see the tremendous upside to to the possibilities it can create. Since, when it comes to technology, I'm roaring into the 19th Century, I'm looking forward to tapping in to the expertise of this group.
THANX! again,
Jim

The meeting was a HUGE success. I learned a lot and got more excited to get my social network in full swing. I couldn't wait to get back to my office to get my profile on more networking sites.

Thanks!!! Debbie Allen

WOW - you guys and gals really helped me to begin to understand the depth and breath and VALUE of social networks. Operative word for me is "begin". Great job in opening the door.

I would now appreciate and would attend a seminar that was more specific. As an example, a seminar on just one of the social networks like Plaxo or LinkedIn. A start to finish kind of seminar so to speak. A fully in-depth teaching of the nuances of them and HOW to utilize them. And, the sooner the better!

Finally someone - or in this case - a group of someones - was willing to step up and share the "insider" info.

GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

I am in the start-up phase of my business and can't wait to get going and make use of all that I learned last night! It's a whole new world for me because I used to make every effort to maintain a low social profile. Now, I'm all about branding and getting the word out. Before long you will surely see me... everywhere you turn!

It's hard to say what was MOST meaningful about the event because ALL of it was great for me and applicable to where I'm at.

I would like to hear more in the future about ways to manage social media easily and in the shortest amount of time.

Thanks to everyone for your presentations last night!

Great event! You took a very confusing and overwhelming topic and streamlined it for me. You gave me quite a foundation for now taking action in the social media world.
